The Birth Story (In brief)Well we had little to no sleep last night. I had a mild cramp all night long as a result of the stuff they give you to start the induction process. I was actually happy when the 5am alarm went off and I could have a shower and get the day started.
We arrived at the hospital and were admitted to the birthing suite. I was put on a drip and was in full labour within half an hour or so.
At 1:31pm Alison Louise Wregg was born. She was 50cm long and weighed 3.42kg (8 pound 1).
